They can accelerate your goals, or they can slow you down.
Right now as I’m writing this it’s 4:55AM.
In about 20 minutes I’ll be at the gym.
Then I’ll journal for about 10 minutes and read for about 30.
I do this every day.
I’m not saying this to brag, though I’m proud of it.
I’m saying this to encourage you to identify the habits you have in your life right now that are serving you and double down…
And identify those habits that are holding you back and replace them with new habits.
Maybe you eat a shitty lunch every day that leaves you lethargic in the afternoon.
Maybe you watch a little too much Netflix instead of engaging with your family.
Maybe research that obscure statute instead of creating a video that can really help people.
Your habits define who you are. And you are in charge of your habits.
