This episode is a solution to a problem that I see time and time again from law firm owners.

They ask me what they should do and I tell them one VERY specific thing (that I reveal in this episode) and then they go on to tell me that they are, instead of doing this one specific thing, going to go and do 10 things, 7 of which are the flavor the week.

And you know what they end up doing? NOTHING.

Or, they end up doing a little of everything, sporadically, and at the surface level, so they never really gain any traction or momentum and thus never see the results or the success that they want.

The solutions to your law firm owner problems are two fold.

First, win one battle at a time to win the war.

This means focus on one thing, the most high leverage thing, and get really good at it. Like really really good. Learn the ins and outs, create systems to make it easier for you to do the thing, and do all of that before you move on to the next thing.
